Driving down Wealthy street yesterday I had to slow down near College street, because a bunch of trucks were blocking most of the road. As I crept past I noticed a lot of technical equipment. I pulled on to a side street, got out and walked over. I found a guy who didn't look like he was doing much, and asked him what was going on. He told me that they were shooting a movie.
That's about all the info I could get out of him, but I found some people sitting on their porch with a front row seat to all of the action. They said that Jesse Eisenberg was back in Grand Rapids. He's shooting a movie with Jason Segal, but he hasn't arrived yet. I put 2 and 2 together and figured they must be shooting "the End of the Tour" here.
The production company is pretty tightlipped, but I'll see what I can dig up in the coming days.
